A Letter from Justin Smith '00
Brothers,
It's no secret by now that the men of Eta Gamma are trying to build a house worthy enough to take OUR chapter to the level we all strived to achieve as actives. We all, at one point or another, talked about how we wished we had a house big enough to do simple things like have meetings where everyone can see everyone else, have parties where more than 15 people can be on the dance floor at a time, host chapter meals, or at least have a decent place to lay your head.
I pledged in the Aggie road house and although that place was a piece, we were all proud of it and the memories that were made in it. But we also knew how much a better house would have made it for all of us. During rush alone think about how many guys would write us off due to our house and location. And true we probably didn't want those a** holes anyway. But at least now we can get new recruits through the door before they judge us on what we have to show,
and then show them what ATO has to offer.
I'm no salesman, but I am still passionate about my chapter and I still look forward to reading emails from Danny Faulk and actives about how things are going. Pledge your 10,20,30 bucks a month (especially if you are broke like me) and lets help the actives follow through with the dream we all had as actives. If I left anyone out of this message pass the word and lets pull together and get this accomplished to benefit our brotherhood. If you received this message and have already made your commitment then thanks for the help!
Love and Respect,
